| VG3CRC | SO HP ALL | Canadian Red Cross Headquarters. 100th Anniversayr special event station. |
| VK2APK | SO LP 20M | Extremely poor conditions. Very often the band was closed or short skip only. This was my 397th contest. |
| VK2AYD | SO LP ALL | Not my best. Impossible with just dipoles and QRP. A good samaritan neighbor delivered a load of wood and caught the tower guy wires with the cab of his truck and gave the tower a 35 degree list to north. (Yagi's don't work broadside). Then my amp went "bang" and it was QRP and dipole antennas. But I enjoyed saying hello to old friends. |
| VK2VM | SO LP ALL | I expected little and had a very enjoyable contest. Propagation seems to improve when we have a contest. |
| VK5GN | SO HP ALL | Thank goodness for good operations on 15. Once again I just miss out on getting to the next million. Lower score than last year. |
| VO1DC | SO HP ALL | This is the first time I have officially entered the contest and must say that I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks for providing the opportunity for a fun weekend of amateur radio. |
| VO1MP | SO HP ALL | Hope ol' Sol generates some spots for next year |
| VP2E | MSH | We were all burned by the Caribbean sun during antenna installation - bloody hurricane destroyed all antennas here!! But this was first ever True Russian Contest expedition!! So we found it enjoyable. See you all next contest from some exotic place. 161! Andy, Vadim, Alex & Mike |
| VP2MGF | SO LP ALL | Not much volcanic activity until day before we left - then it got pretty bad. The people of Montserrat have a terrible problem. |
| VP5JM | SO LP 80M | Very tuff going - Low Power. I wanted the challenge but ??? |
| VY2LI | SO HP ALL | Contesting tough when TVI rears it's head on XYL's TV. No problem with off time. It was dictated. |
| W4DEC | SO QRP 20M | Thanks to all those fine operators who pulled me throught the horrorific QRM |
| W5ASP | SO HP 15M | Conditions were poor. No Europe, few W/VE (backscatter) and only a few C.A. and Carribbean. Pacific surprisingly active, especially VK/ZL. This has got to be the "minimum" |
| W5RNF | SO LP 20M | Band was really crowded. Had a hard time breaking KW's. Good European openings. |
| W7FP | SO HP 20M | A personal best for myself on 20. Highlights included being called by A61AN and also working 3V8BB - just some of the DX to be found this weekend. |
| W8QZA/6 | SO QRP 40M | It's tough to stay awake that second nite when you are operating 40M QRP. |
| WA7BNM/6 | SO LP 15M | Worked two TJ's during the contest. Not Europe and only 27 Asians. |
| WB6NFO | SO HP ALL | Best conditions on 10 for months. |
| WB8MWI | SO HP ALL | Haven't operated much on 20 meters; was quite happy to find that my antenna compared favorably with much more elaborate antenna systems used by other stations. |
| WB8O | SO HP ALL | Was everything long path? |
| WD5AAH/DU5 | SO LP ALL | Contest operated from the contractor site of the world's largest geothermal power plant. |
| WD9IAB | SO QRP ALL | Rough QRM. Didn't take the WPX by storm; still had fun. |
| WS1A | SO LP ALL | Biggest thrill was breaking through to OD5NJ and having him remember that I was the first station he ever worked. |
| WZ1R | MM | Very close competition from our friends at K1MNS signing WT1S |
| XE1HKR | SO LP ALL | Its my first WPX Contest that I worked. I'm very glad to be in it my score was not high but was very fun. |
| YC6PUP | SO LP 15M | Sorry for few QSO's, but bad propagation here. Tnx for best contest in the world. |
| YL2EC | SO LP 20M | Thanks my first CQ WW WPX SSB contest! |
| YM2ZW | SO HP 20M | The EU QRM was terrible. It's unbelievable what is going on in EU during the big contests. Where is the power limit of some stations. |
| YM3DL | MSH | We are extremely grateful to our host, TA3B, and the entire Izmir ham community for their hospitality, support and encouragement. They made this contest a truly unique experience. |
| YO3JF | SO LP 20M | Despite the lousy propagation, I had a lot of fun testing a new and excellent transceiver as the TS-870 is, and enjoying the high participation in the bottom of the solar cycle |
| YO4FRF | SO QRP 160M | Very nice contest. Saturday night I was busy with at job and I lost many QSO's. In QRP it is difficult to work in this band. I pronounced my call in many language. When was finish, my throat was over. |
| YT1BB | SO HP ALL | It seems that sleeping is stronger than DX on low bands. It was my problem. |
| YV2IF | SO HP 160M | Good opening in the first hours, but not too much stations in the air. In the second day only two stations from Europe. |
| YV3IUP | MSH | The antenna system failed in 20, 15, 10, 80 and 160 mts. The shack AC power breaks down on Sunday in the morning. |
| ZC4EE | SO LP ALL | Worked China again. First time in 8 years. |
| ZP0Z | SO HP 10M | The band was almost closed all the time during the contest but was fun the last two hours. |
| ZS6IR | SO HP 40M | To collect points during daylight hours on 40 meters in South Africa with no active neighboring countries is a challenge. To break into the 40m band at night hours, which is so crowded by Europeans, is no less challenging. |
