It should say: "It was DM0B (Win, DK9IP op) over Mirek, SP1NY, for top score in Europe. Win at DM0B was the only low-power entrant to break the 1000 multiplier mark."
The winner of the plaque for Japan single operator was left out of the results. The winner is:
