K3CCRSO HP ALLK3CCR is the club station at the Collington continuing-care retirement community at FM 18OW in MD, just east of DC. As the only CW op I (N3UM) did SOHP Assisted in 2024 WPX CW. I hoped to beat the 920 Qs and claimed 1.73 M I got in ’23 WPX CW. I did that, with 1.04 X the QSO pts, 1.02 X the pfxs, and 1.06 X the score in ~ the same BIC hrs. SFI & max Kp were ~ equal in ’23 & ’24, but I got 349 more Q pts on hi bnds & 219 fewer on lo bnds in 2024. Why? SFI was higher for days, & low-band QRN was bad. At 0Z start I ran for 19 of 140 20-M Qs by 0245Z, vs a run for 105 of 162 20-M Qs at ’23 start. Then from 0259Z I got 90 40-M Qs for a total of 230 at 0432Z QRT, vs 280 in 2023. At 1221Z 20 M was poor, but 15 M was hot using Avail Muls & Qs I got 179 Qs in 3.2 hrs, 56/hr, & quit to eat at 1538Z. Back 1736-2120Z I got 103 15-M Qs and 54 20-M Qs & quit for supper. From 2339-0022Z I got 37 20-M Qs @ 52/hr, fast but brief. Then 97 40-M Qs @ 33/hr, steady but slow, and all 29 of my 80-M Qs + 10 20-M Qs by 0320Z QRT. From 1219-1520Z BK to eat, I got 7 20-M Qs in 10 min, then 50 15-M Qs @ 45/hr, then all 48 10-M Qs in 1 hr, & 10 20-M Qs. After lunch, from 1748Z I got a total of 54 20-M Qs and 16 15-M Qs, 33/hr usual slow Sun. rate. I clicked all good CONUS spots to get W/K/N mults, and quit at 2115Z to avoid a late supper
