K5CISO HP ALLCheck Log
K5RXSO HP 15MI knew there would be thunderstorms and wanted to avoid static crashes, so stuck to 15 m. But storms were so close, I heard static crashes constantly until Sunday afternoon. A tornado came very close and I lost power for about three hours. I had planned to operate a total of 24 hours, but only got in under ten hours. Most DX was not as strong as usual, but there were exceptions. Very loud were CR3DX, followed by CN3A . KH6s, 3D2SP and 5W1SA were loud, too. OH0V via F layer to Canada then Auroral E layer was very loud late in the contest. RL3A also came in via that path, but I heard no other stations in the favored area, despite CQing while beaming straight north for some time. There was an unusual amount of fairly rare DX to work, e.g., 9M6, A71, JD1, V85, ZA and ZD7. Despite my very limited time of operation, I worked 82 countries
K5TSSO LP ALLAwesome fun contest. Wish I had more time for it, but granddaughters come first!
K5XUSO LP ALLHad to cut it short unexpectedly, but still had fun
K6CSLSO LP ALLGreat Conditions
K6EISO LP ALLI usually get a large volume of JA contacts on 40m between 2230 and 0030z, but both mornings there was strong broadband interference across the entire 40m band coming via skywave from an OTH HF radar somewhere in Asia. Anyone know where it’s based? A local intermittent RFI source somewhere in my neighborhood hammered 15 meters Saturday afternoon, but fortunately didn't reappear on Sunday
K6ICSSO LP 10MBands nearly dead in Los Angeles. Nearly all signals were on the noise edge with QSB
K6NRSO HP ALLOperating from Williams, Arizona dipole in trees 10-20 meters, vertical on 40, inverted vee on 80
K7HBNSO LP ALLUsed SD for logging simple and easy to use especially low power 50 watts S&P Fun contest almost every Q is a mult
K7QASO HP ALLVery similar condx to last year's WPX. 15 and 20 were spectacular deep into nighttime here with prop from all over. It didn't matter much where the beam was pointed. At least 10 woke up a bit with short SA and OC openings and spotlight paths to CN3A and D4Z, both were 10/9 at times. 40 loaded with QRN and only weak EU prop both nights. But decent AS action at SR both mornings. JAs were loud but rather sparse. Only a few loud NA stns on 80. Only DX found there was KH6 and V31. A few new DXCC band adds snagged including 9W2, A71, EX8, FW, C7 and V85. S&P almost drained each band for new Qs so did about 50% Running this year which certainly helped the score. Good to see so many Ukrainian stns on again
K7VITSO HP ALLGuess the sun has 2 faces. A couple of weeks makes a difference. 15m was outstanding for me. 10m not so much. Best wishes for CQ Magazine. Thanks for those who are continuing to support this contest! Thanks to all who answered my calls. 73, Jerry
K7ZXSO LP ALLIt was fun participating, even though I was not really competing. I did get a good evaluation of my +- 35 ft. vertical antenna and will work to optimize it. Thanks for the great contest!

K9KJSO LP ALLFirst time trying out RHR
K9UIYSO LP 15MThunderstorms with much lightning in the area prevented me from making any meaningful QSO's until 1100 UTC. And I continued to shut down periodically as more storms rolled through with high winds, lightning and heavy rain static. Thanks for all the Q's over the stormy weekend. Looking forward to a better showing next year. It's still one of my favorite contests!
K9WASO LP ALLShared WPX weekend with XYL's birthday so limited time. Time out for dinner and evening out.... As the saying goes, 'happy spouse, happy house'!

KG5VKMDWe ended the Contest Early Due to the fact that one Guest OP KW5CW 's Hone was in the Tornado destruction area of Anna Texas. Fortunately he found his home without a scratch. Some of his neighbors were Not so lucky. After James departed to check on his home very early Sunday it was difficult for us to stay motivated to remain on the air. Cheers! Steve KG5VK
KH6AQSO LP ALLA most excellent WPX with fine propagation and even finer operators
KI5YGTSO LP ALLFirst license 09-2022
KI7KYSO LP ALLUnfortunately, I was traveling through most of the contest. Was able to stop at a POTA location to get almost an hour and a half in but the location (US-6084) was in a bit of a hole so that didn't help much. Also, oddly enough, was unable to tune my 40m efhw for 40m so missed out on a lot of opportunity as that would have been my best bet from where I was at. Ended up being my feed line. Still enjoyed getting a little time in on the air for the contest. -Ben CWOps #3540
KJ3QSO LP ALLFirst time in WPX contest. Just a casual op but lots of fun. Will plan for more time next year
KK4UZKSO QRP 40MFirst year working the CQ WPX CW. Had a great time! Thanks!
KN4GXMSO LP 20MFIRST TIME PARTICIPATING IN CQ WPX
KN6IPESO LP ALLBand conditions were terrible this year due to CME's. I did not run a frequency at all this year. Nevertheless, there were many DXes to be made thanks to international ops who are patient with aurora flutter. My antenna this year is a homebrewed end-fed half wave wire antenna hung horizontally about 30 feet in the air between a tree and my eaves. The best addition to my station this year is an azimuth map of the world from my QTH. Hunting over the north pole paid off. The bands were okay from 20M to 10M during the day. 20M and 40M were wide open at night. Let's do this again next year!
KN6VQSO LP ALLFirst license 09-2022
