| MX1COL | SO LP ALL | An opportunity to work DX otherwise rare with just a single wire aerial. Great fun |
| N0JK | SO QRP 10M | I may have sent the wrong serial number to VA3FF and others. I had local QRM from grandchildren. I ran QRP with a radio shack mag mount whip on our BBQ grill to hand out a few contacts on10M |
| N0TT | SO HP 40M | Wow! New-to-me logging software and a fancy new radio to kick-off this contest....steep learning curve but lots of fun! |
| N0UI | SO LP 10M | Could not break through to ZD7BG on Saturday. European stations were beating me. Was almost surprised to work KH6 with the band conditions and directionality of the openings |
| N1AU | SO HP ALL | I particularly enjoy this contest, wish I had more time to devote |
| N1NN | SO HP ALL | 18TH CQ WORLD WIDE WPX CW CONTEST |
| N1TOR | SO LP 15M | This is my first time entering a formal contest. Frequencies rounded to the nearest kHz |
| N2FT | SO LP ALL | I operated the contest from Mike Trowbridge's station at KA4RRU |
| N2JNZ | SO QRP 40M | used a Xiegu G106 with K1EL keyer and ZeroFive 40 meter vertical |
| N2MA | SO LP ALL | I wish I had more time for this |
| N2MF | SO HP ALL | Lots of activity making for a very enjoyable event. Significantly less QSOs here on both 10 and 80m than last year, although total was almost identical. Seemed propagation on 15m and lower was very good. I could certainly benefit by having a unique call sign prefix, however! Thank you to the hard working folks that ensure the CQ WPX is always a success |
| N3HCN | SO QRP 20M | This one is for Lisa |
| N4HAI | SO LP ALL | New QTH set up EFHW and a portable 20m beam. Had a lot of fun, and this was a great test of the new QTH surroundings |
| N4IW | SO LP ALL | My 2nd oldest Grandson got married this weekend in Charlottesville, so I had only a very little bit of time available for radio. Stateside stations were plentiful Saturday late morning while I was on, especially on 15 meters, but I did not hear many DX stations, so my point values were low. It looked like our club did well in this one so that?s cool. Dave (N3AC) had a great effort with 500 Qs! |
| N5AGM | SO LP 20M | First license 03-2025 |
| N5JJ | SO HP ALL | Personal best for me. Bands were up and down all weekend. Forty was very tough both nights with QRN and QSB. Very few contacts on 80M due to QRN. EU ops still the rudest in the world. Calling over the station I want to work and constantly trying to steal my freq. JA ops still the best in the world. Why do some ops insist on sending over 40wpm? I did the entire contest at 32wpm but the log checkers will probably do a lot of chopping on my log as I was frustrated with copying over 40WPM. Ten meters was a total dud here. Spent little time there. Fifteen and twenty was my meat and potatoes. Had a great time but was really running out of gas on Sunday evening. Thanks everybody for the q's and cu next year. Rick, N5JJ |
| N6HI | SO QRP ALL | QRP - A Full 5W - to a 20-Foot End-Fed Wire, tossed into a tree right outside my window. For this Contest: MY GOAL: Work as many Countries as possible on each band used, NO assistance, no Internet or cluster spots, Just spinning the BIG KNOB and pouncing. 100% S&P, DX ONLY, NO 'Lower 48' QSOs. I ended with 89 DX QSOs in 37 Countries. I did not beat my 2024 score, but I felt like this went pretty well considering conditions. To my surprise, Friday evening was the best. What a blast! Nothing beats a CW Contest! TNX to all for your patience and the QSOs. Go Arizona Outlaws! -73- John N6HI |
| N6IC | SO LP 15M | alway fun...tnx |
| N6MI | SO HP ALL | Operated portable from Frazier Mountain, DM04, Ventura County, California in the N6MI converted television new vans (n6mi.com). Weather was warm in the day but almost freezing in the early morning hours. Radio conditions were good, with 20 meters open late at night and 15 meters open at times to the entire world. 73 and thanks for the contacts |
| N6RV | SO HP ALL | Thanks for another great contest! |
| N6SPP | SO LP ALL | Casual S&P.. Oceania remained lite during the last few hours |
| N6VOH | SO HP ALL | Funny band conditions, part time effort,heard big numbers.nice contest |
| N6YEU | SO LP ALL | I made a couple errors sending wrong serial number. The received numbers I hope are correct but had to duplicate a couple sent qso numbers to get back in order. Any errors I made should not penalize the other station. I only worked DX stations |
| N7EPD | SO HP ALL | Everybody can use assistance, the way it should be! |
| N7RCS | SO QRP ALL | Operated outdoors on 15m & 20m 2 hours: KX3 @ 5w to AX3 vertical |
| N7VS | SO LP ALL | Conflicts limited my participation. N1MM failed Sunday afternoon. Continued with different software and rebuilt after contest. Thank you for the contacts and for sponsoring an interesting event. ope to be back next year |
| N8II | SO LP ALL | Plenty of EU activity, conditions not great good most of the time except 12-13Z hours Sunday when EU was poorer on 15M. Worked VU7T easily on 20 and 15 and 2 Chinese in 17Z hour Sunday on 15 M. Many excellent ops from NA and EU. Care duties limited my time choice of when to operate |
| N8KH | SO HP 40M | 1st 6 hours, all S&P. 2nd day, all Run. Too many LIDS (Dupes). K9CJ causes malicious QRM. Too many QRP stations. It ceased being fun |
| N8WXQ | SO HP ALL | Band conditions to EU were not very good at all on Saturday |
| N9EEE | SO QRP 10M | The Midwest Black Hole kept me from working Asia again this year. Thanks to all the DXers who worked me. --73-- Dick, N9EEE |
| N9WKW | SO LP ALL | Propagation this weekend was pretty good! Made a number of QSOs into Europe and South America. Had a great time! |
| NC6V | SO LP ALL | I wish other hams would QRL on a frequency before they start sending CQ |
| ND3F | Checklog | Submitted as CHECKLOG, as usual. Actually operated as SOSB80, unassisted, and had fun! Conditions were weird--some EU stations were very loud, and some couldn't hear me. K3, Quadra SSPA (950w or so), wire arrays to NE, W, and SE |
| NE2R | SO LP ALL | Limited time in, but great contesting |
| NE6I | SO HP ALL | Conditions pretty darn poor. Limited time to work the contest and that's probably a good thing with such punk conditions |
| NE9M | SO LP ALL | Great conditions Friday night until about 05:30utc when my SWR on all bands shot up to 10:1! My first thought was a Deer or Coyote ran through my antenna patch and trampled over the coax to the 6BTV feed. At 05:30 UTC I wasn't about to venture out to the back half acre and check, so shut down and went to bed. Upon inspection Saturday morning, no visible signs of physical damage. So started the process of elimination from the coax jumber at the 6btv feed to the 1:1 current balun and common mode filter also in line behind the balun on the shack side. Found the short piece of coax had opened up somewhere on the shield path, and found both nuts on the inside of the balun (DXE-MC20) to have loosened up. Rest of the feed line all checked out good. Lost a good bit of time making repairs and then having to deal with fence installer contractor. Kind of took the wind out my effort. Did have some satisfying highlights Saturday on 15m working 9M6 followed by 9K2 and then later 4L on 20m. Very surprised to hear 9M6 and 9K2 at noon time frame on 15m and loud! 4L popped in early evening on 20m. Hit 500Qs at around 05:30UTC Sunday morning and went to bed. I put 40 more Qs in the log later Sunday morning in just under an hour, before I had to QRT from the contest. 73 Gene N9TF. K3S 100 watts to 6BTV ground mounted |
| NF2RS | SO LP ALL | RIG: IC-7610 @ 95W ANTS: EF WIRE : CF WIRE : ROOF MOUNTED HEX BEAM @ 35' LOG: N1MM CONDX: GOOD 73, DICK, K2ZR aka NF2RS |
| NG1R | SO LP 20M | Thanks to the WWROF for sponsoring the contest. Thanks to Roger, NG1R for the use of his callsign for this contest. 73 - Dan, W1QK |
| NG3Q | SO LP 20M | My goal was to work VU7T, which i did 11 minutes into the contest for an ATNO. 20m had some good conditions. Simple station - FTDX10 and 2 element Yagi at 55 feet |
| NG5M | SO HP ALL | Spent more time off due to bad WX and lightning - app. 23 + hrs.- which made copy rough at times and played havoc on rates. When it quiet with low QRN, rates were good and that skew path into EU Sunday PM made for a fun time! May in Arkansas! |
| NK4O | SO LP ALL | Only had planned a very P/T weekend operating. 40m late start around 03z was better than expected. Band condx late the second night at 0230 on 20m was most incredible. The activity and scoreboard kept me in the chair |
| NN3L | SO HP ALL | Thanks for yet another year of fun playing radio sport! |
| NN6C | SO HP ALL | A fun time, as usual. Condx seemed fairly decent. I'm just too old to stay up very late anymore! |
| NN7SS | SO QRP ALL | Just a few minutes each day. Some good CW fun, thanks! NN7SS (K6UFO) 10m, 15m, 20m: GXP 3 element yagi at 72 feet Flex-6600 at 5 watts RemoteHamRadio.com, Writelog |
| NO2D | SO LP ALL | Started out at 5 watts. On the 51st Q I had to reset the DX10. That reset power to 100 watts. Logged TI8X before I realized that the was at 100 watts, so moved to the Low Power category. Props on were great on 20 & 15. Not nearly so good on Sunday, regardless of increased power. Pete, NO2D |
| NO9E | SO HP ALL | Part time operations Pretty good conditions especialy on 15 and 20m. 80m not bad but 10m poor |
| NQ0K | SO LP ALL | Did not have the time I had anticipated due to the contest falling on a holiday weekend |
| NQ2F | MM | 1/5 Frankford Radio Club (N2TX), 1/5 Yankee Clipper Contest Club (KD2RD) |
| NQ4J | SO HP ALL | Great Conditions but no real 10M. Some bad Key Clicks heard on the bands. CW is the greatest mode for contesting! |
| NS4X | SO HP ALL | Operating time severely curtailed by thunderstorms |
