VA7DXM2Keith (VE7KW) and I decided to have a casual and fun WPX CW. Lots of CW practice running multi-2 with two people. Surprisingly little activity in general and lots of missing regulars, perhaps due to COVID travel restrictions and the Memorial Day long weekend in the US. Prop was good to EU but someone misplaced Asia. It was good to see activity on 15 for a change, !0m was essentially a write-off....maybe later in the year as things pickup. Equipment used: Station 1 Flex6700, Acom2000 2 x Multi Band Quads at 80' (2el 40/30, 4 el 10/20) one quad was used for diversity Station 2 Elecraft K3, P3, KPA500 20M5 M2 Monobander, TH7 Wellbrook Loop for diversity in 40/80 Wire antennas for 80/160 Thanks to all who worked us! Looking forward to the next one! 73 Neil VA7DX Keith VE7KW
VA7GISO HP ALLOperated solar power on remote Lasqueti Island. Installed new batteries after a long winter of low sun. Upgrades took contest time
VA7UNXSO QRP ALLThanks for a great contest!

VE2FUSO LP 40MI miss the good old time when I had real antennas. ...but the FTDX-10 made it easy. Thanks every one. 73' to all, Phil VE2FU
VE2HEWSO LP ALLGreat propagation this weekend. Happy to make many QSOs on 15M and 10M! Also managed to set a new QSO all time high for myself :) Thanks all, 73
VE3GFNSO LP ALLA new sunspot cycle? I was working JA on 20M on Sunday, at 7AM, in broad daylight, and also EU on 15M at 7AM. 20M just kept rolling along right through the evenings, certainly until I faded around midnight each night ... Just like the '50s!
VE3VYSO LP ALLOnly Single-Element Wire Antennas used for HF operations
VE3ZYSO LP ALLMy 'decrement serial number' button was intermittent so two stations got two different serial numbers from me
VE4DLSO LP ALLfrom my QTH bands were low-noise, not overloaded with activity. Only had time to work the first day
VE5GCSO LP 20MTwenty was great
VE5SFSO LP ALLConditions seem to be improving at last
