IO6ASO HP ALLAs always, the WPX did not disappoint. This was my first attempt as 2BSIQ. The propagation conditions were exceptional between Saturday evening and Sunday morning, though a bit less favorable on Sunday evening. Unfortunately, the contest was marked by a forced interruption on Saturday due to a lunch I couldn't refuse, which kept me out of the game from 9 UTC to 16 UTC. This caused me to miss many QSOs and, more importantly, disrupted the rest schedule I had set for myself. Working conditions: 2x K3 Elecraft ANT 10-15-20-40: LZ 12-4 @14m + GPX 16-4 @18m 80M rot.dipole @14m No 160 and RX ant. Thanks all for calling, CU next! 73 rancesco IK6QON

IP9TSO HP 10MClaimed score is well over regional (IT9/I/IS0/IG9) records for the ten meters' band from my old mountain QTH. Prop condx were not very good expecially on sunday with SFI down to 150 (few days be4 it was well over 200). No openings to JA on sunday but many DX QSO were made via skewed path or backscatter. Big and long prop study before the contest and after many years there are new things to learn yet: effort were made to reduce noise, not to improve gain or TX power (some EME experience). We are in the new green era! I congratulate with those guys using low power, even low power stations from KH6 and W6 were very well copied here with diversity reception and Yagis designed for low noise Yagis. I thank my wife Sabrina for super energy and lunch (Lasagne were super!) and my little daughter Flavia who is learning CW very well (She is 6 yo!). I also thank my friends Pino IT9WDC and Raffaello IT9ATF (my sk old friend Mike's son, IT9LMK) for their help with antenna mounting. I will be again on the bands next year maybe from our II9P Super Station or maybe from a new super QTH, who knows. For sure next years will be the years to beat my old friend Jeff, 9H1EL (9H0A), EU records on ten meters. 73 ES TNX FER QSO DE FABIO IT9GSF. CU AGN

IZ8GUQSO HP 20MThe King of Contests, an unmissable event for a spectacular competition... Huge participation, crowded bands with absolute fun. listening to so many stations on CW telegraphy is simply a sensational show...Good propagation throughout the session made this contest truly fascinating where fun reigned supreme. It was undoubtedly my best result achieved so far in terms of QSO numbers and score. See you at the next edition hoping to improve everything. I thank all the stations that had the patience to connect me. 73' to all of IZ8GUQ Giovanni
