WB2PJHSO HP ALLConditions were amazing, and I worked four ATNO's on 10 and 15 meters, many on the first or second call. Operator expertise was outstanding, especially for a SSB contest- I'm a 90% CW operator, and I had a great time, despite having to limit my operating time
WB4ESO LP ALLGood conditions for a LP single wire antenna!
WB5SKMDisqualifiedFirst license 04-2023 First Licensed 4/04/2023

WB9TFFM2WB9TFF, Donna operating the FT1000 and WB9TFH Gil operating the FT710 sharing the Yagi Beam at 50' running 100 watts. Using WB9TFF call the team mostly on 10 and 15 meters. Donna tried many times running but mostly S & P. Gil calling, too. Many stations from NA, KH6, EU, Asia, Central America and VK. Thanks for the qso's. 73 WB9TFF and WB9TFH
WC7SSO QRP ALLKX3 at 10 watts to a 88ft dipole at 25 ft Thanks to all that heard me!! Hope to see you next time!
WD4KTFSO LP ALLFrist contest after dialysis treatment, not much energy, but learning to use the spectrum display function of N1MM Plus. It's good to see the whole band at one time, also learned how well my antenna , Hustler 4VTV grounded with 50 radials hears. Clearly, I need to upgrade the antenna to hear better. Thats a project for the future !
WE6EZSO HP 10MExcellent conditions on 10 again, same as in the past times. Enjoyed it!

WQ6XSO QRP ALLThis is WQ6X's first WPX Ssb GiG running QRP remote from Ramona. Everything about this Weird Prefix contest was WEIRD. Running Ssb QRP is weird, and so was the MASSIVE static storm on Sunday afternoon. (the SFI is listed as ZERO (0) - HuH?) From Ramona, the only band WORSE than the dismal 20-meters was 75 meters. 40-meters had some nice openings but I was NoT in-sync with it. 10/15-meters was where it was at. Thanks to a 3-el Stepp-IR, working South America and Asia concurrently is always fun. If needed, the yagi can be switched to Normal / 180 to concentrate on a specific area. While a well-known contester TRASHED me on-air for running QRP,in fact, it is the ONLY category in which I can submit a high-placing log. Anybody can get DXCC in a weekend running 1.5Kw or even 100-watts. The REAL challenge is to work the world running QRP power. One of my disappointments was the dearth of stations in Oceania. Even JA participation seemed way down, altho the JA stations who DiD participate often sent higher-than-usual QSO #'s. I was amazed at the nice turnout from Central to Eastern Russia this year - LoTs of CooL prefixes from those Zones. LooK for WQ6X running QRP in the WPX Cw GiG the end of May.
