VY2LISO LP ALLWell that was fun! Seemed like the first time I was really contesting since 2017, even if only with 90 watts and low wires. 99% of my claimed 10-hr BIC time was S & P some Qs requiring many, many calls (I can appreciate the QRPers now!). As a twist, I decided to try Live Score which I had peeked at a few times registered, and up popped my score somewhere down the list (like about 500!) several hundred points behind a VA3. Well, I started to put a little more time in the chair and watched as I climbed the ladder, leapfrogging my VA3 friend and visa versa until finally we were down to the wire..my last update went in...we were neck and neck, then boom! the VA3 beats me by a couple of hundred points. We had climbed from the 500th place range to the mid 300s which was a victory for me and my very humble station. I think I like this Live Score thing! A paltry 88 Qs, but a lot of fun achieved and even had a few old friends acknowledge my call...thanks for the Qs. 73, Bill FT-950, N1MM+ 20 & 40 Wires @ 7' AGL

VY2WWSO HP ALLFirst time running WPX. Inexhaustible numbers of stations on 20 and 40 meters! Learned a few things about managing the pileup and QRM! Thanks to all the good operators who made this contest educational and fun!

W0ETTSO HP ALL20m was the place to be in this test. 15m and six on 10m provided some nice prefix mults and where we had good South America activity. Thanks to the DXpeditioners who activated a number of rare mults. 73 Ken W0ETT

W2AABSO LP ALLFriday night started out with generally poor conditions on 40. Saturday saw some improvement, with a mild SA opening on 15, but 20 was better on Sunday. Took many times off due to the frustrations of less than stellar propagation and lots of QRM. I'm a CW guy, looking forward to the CW weekend. Go FRC!

W3FOXSO HP ALLUnfortunately, both my 40 and 80 meter wire dipoles were not operational f or the contest due to blown baluns from operating on FT8. Therefore, I lost out in getting points from those bands when the other bands were closed. I made the best of a bad situation by getting some sleep during the night an d only operated for a little over 20 hours. 160 meters was quite good on Fr iday night, but was terrible on Saturday night. There were some good openin g on 15 meters during the contest and most of the 10 meter DX was in South America. Equipment: IC-7610, PW-1 amp, hex beam for 20,15, and 10, and an i nverted L for 160

W7DXXMSHThis was the first time the three of us worked together as a Single/Multi Op Remote. Thanks to Keith W7DXX for making his remote available to us. We used the Hamachi VPN for networking to the remote and and N1MM in network mode. Both worked perfectly. Michael KE4DHK and Bob KC6AWX did a tremendous job - these two are absolute workhorses and deserve all the credit - me ?(N4HH) - I just barely showed up in time to make a few Q's - very few Q's - hi hi! It was a great learning experience for all of us and an awful lot of fun :)
