M5ZSO LP ALLK3, 5 meter wire with ATU on balcony, Win-Test Last time M5Z was activated is CQ WW SSB last year so quite a while. Strong wind and rain prevent me from setting up antenna on balcony on Saturday. Sunday is actually worse but I do not want to miss this contest so I decided to set up after Easter lunch. I felt propagation to Russia is better than RDXC a week ago but not much activity this time. Anyway I enjoyed 2 hours of contest on Sunday afternoon. Thanks for QSOs! 73 Kazu M0CFW, M5Z, JK3GAD

N9FXF/2SO LP 20MNEW ANTENNA
N9TFSA LP ALLNot a good weekend for me for a contest. Came down with a bad case of Bronchitis and it hurt to speak! Why couldn't this have been the CW weekend!! Then I found that 20 meters wasn't loading good into my little 2 element tribander at 37'. Looks like something worked it's way loose and moved in the last windstorm we had here. It's enough of a handicap with only 100 watts and low antenna, but its even worse when your antenna is far from optimum at a 2.5:1 SWR on one of the main money bands! I did get in a lot more time than I thought I would due to being sick and helping to get the house ready for Easter Brunch we hosted for family on Sunday. Was dissapointed that I had no propagation to JA. Saw spots from the SW U.S. and west coast working JA and other Asia, but nothing heard here. Really struggled to be heard into EU through the piles on 20m. Hoping to be well recouperated for WPXCW. Won't be able to get to antenna to repair until later this summer. So it looks like I will be handicaped for yet another contest, darn. 73 Gene, N9TF. operating conditions, K3S and P3 100 watts to 2 element triband at 37' 10,15,20 and 80m OCF dipole at 35' for 80 and 40
N9WL/5SO LP 20MThanks for sponsoring this!
NC6KSO HP ALLFinally got my tower and SteppIR DB36 up late Saturday night! Only operated for a little bit as I had to clean up the yard from the installation mess, but looking forward to operating future contests with the new setup. Conditions seemed a bit off on Sunday, but again, it was hard to tell with a new antenna and short time OTA
NC6PTSO LP ALLFirst contest in 2016
